CANCELLATION POLICY
Briella salon has a cancellation policy of 50% charge if the cancellation is not 48 hours in advance (exclusions apply) We also have a no show policy of a 75% charge if you do not show up to your appointment. If you are more than 15 min late we will have to reschedule and there will have to be a charge. Also if the card is not on file there will be a charge on your next appointment.
